We are looking for a Market / Growth Data Analyst to join a strategic global data transformation project with one of our key international clients.
You will operate in a highly complex global data environment, working with large-scale datasets, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and evolve data products supporting marketing and customer experience use cases
- Understand and navigate a complex global data ecosystem with multiple integrated sources
- Translate business needs into scalable data product requirements and specifications
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, product, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Analyze customer campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization and personalization
- Build structured, actionable insights from large-scale and complex datasets
- Develop clear data storytelling for business stakeholders and executive audiences
- Contribute to segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
- Apply AI/ML concepts to enable automation and scalability of marketing processes
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, data capabilities, and technical implementation
Conditions:

- Hybrid model: 1–2 days per week on-site in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona
- Company laptop and required peripherals provided
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Data Science, Engineering, or similar technical fields
- 4–5 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Product, or similar roles
- Strong experience in SQL and complex data analysis
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data environments (Databricks or similar)
- Solid understanding of cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS)
- Strong knowledge of data architecture and data modeling principles
- Experience in marketing analytics / customer experience / campaign analytics
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to define and manage data product requirements end-to-end
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
- High analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
