Go (Golang) Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 SEK/month

Looking for a Founding Backend Engineer (Python / Go) to build a platform from scratch. This is a true greenfield role where you’ll own core systems, shape architecture, and work directly with the founders to take a product from idea to production.

You’ll design and develop scalable backend services using Python and/or Go, define APIs and data models, and make key technical decisions early. This role suits someone who enjoys high ownership, fast iteration, and building clean, modular systems without legacy constraints.

What you’ll do:

• Build and ship backend systems from the ground up
• Design scalable architectures, APIs, and services
• Write production-grade, maintainable code
• Collaborate on product and technical direction
• Use AI tools to accelerate development workflows

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in backend engineering or software development
• Strong experience with Python or Go
• Background in greenfield projects or early-stage environments
• Solid understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership role
