Role Summary

Join TRATON Charging Solutions and help shape the future of electric commercial transport across Europe.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations and Data Team in Stockholm, someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, business insight and collaboration. In this role, you will act as a key analytical driver in building and scaling our digital services, transforming complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.

You’ll work with data from the rapidly evolving battery-electric vehicle (BEV) and heavy-duty vehicle (HDV) markets, as well as from the usage of our own services - making a real impact in a fast-moving, international environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will take ownership of turning data into clarity and direction for the business. Your work will include:


  • Build and maintain dashboards and various reports for internal and external use. Work closely with our data engineer to build end-to-end data and analytics solutions. Automate recurring reports and analyze workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives in our data (for example charging patterns). Share insights and lead discussions regarding findings of the analyzes.
  • Perform various market and competitor analysis regarding price, features and coverage of other similar services and potential partners.
  • Define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals. Monitor performance trends and proactively flag anomalies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting and analytics outputs. Develop and maintain data validation processes and documentation for key datasets.
  • Partner with our stakeholders (e.g., product/tech, marketing- and salespersons) to understand analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating complex findings and proactively suggesting data-driven opportunities.


Who You Are

You are curious, analytical, and motivated by impact. You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating both data and stakeholder relationships.

We believe you bring:


  • Proven experience from analytical roles, with strong results in business intelligence and data visualization
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python (preferred, not required)
  • A strong learning mindset, with curiosity for both technical depth and broader business context
  • A collaborative approach and a natural inclination to support and share knowledge
  • A university degree (business, engineering, or similar—background is flexible)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in e-mobility is a plus, but not required
