About the Role Devin Tech Inc. is a fast-growing company looking for a dedicated Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of our internal systems, directly influencing how our tools, data flows, and infrastructure evolve. You won’t just be writing code; you will be improving the architecture of the engine that powers our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Maintain, improve, and build new on-demand features for our core internal tools.
• Backend Excellence: Build, refactor, and maintain robust backend services utilizing Django and Node.js.
• Frontend Development: Develop dynamic, user-friendly, and responsive frontends using React.
• Database Management: Manage, optimize, and ensure the security of PostgreSQL databases.
• DevOps & Automation: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated testing and deployments.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Technical Stack (Strictly Required): Proven expertise in Django, Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Code Quality: Strong background in code refactoring, system maintenance, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• AI-Driven Productivity: Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to boost development speed and efficiency.
• Operational Mindset: Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and solid written/spoken English for global team collaboration.
