Your Role:

Our agile product organization is evolving through exciting transformations including scaling teams, designing new systems, modernizing legacy platforms and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

We’re looking for an Product & Business Development / Senior Specialist that will;

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new products and services,
• Contribute to product strategy and build actionable roadmaps for new and existing products,
• Take ownership of end-to-end execution of partnership and collaboration projects,
• Support and manage the business line of partnership projects in alignment with company goals,
• Track product and project performance through KPI driven monitoring,
• Work closely with Marketing, Growth and IT teams to identify needs and drive execution,
• Translate business needs into clear product scope and technical requirements,
• Prepare and maintain scope and requirement documentation, ensuring alignment across stakeholders,
• Drive customer-centric improvements to enhance product experience and performance,
• Monitor market trends, competition and regulatory developments,
• Ensure coordination across all product lifecycle stages (analysis, development, testing, launch),
• Take active role in UAT processes and support high-quality delivery,

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields,
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Product Ownership or Business Development roles with a strong focus on product, partnerships and strategic initiatives,
• Experience in fintech and/or banking payment systems is required,
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills,
• Experience in managing end-to-end product or project execution,
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements,
• Solid understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration,
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and system integrations,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Proactive, detail-oriented and strong sense of ownership

This role reports directly to the Head of Product & Business Development.
