Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer.

The Cloud Support Engineer, Level 1 is the primary point of contact for cloud support across the organization. This role is responsible for the intake, triage, and resolution of support requests and incidents spanning our multi-cloud technology estate, including AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub, and related platform services. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing position. You will represent the Cloud Operations team to engineering teams, product groups, and business stakeholders on a daily basis. Beyond technical competence, success in this role requires exceptional communication, disciplined follow-through, and a genuine commitment to service quality. You will work across Cloud Platforms, FinOps, DevOps, Networks, Governance, and Central Operations, making this an ideal role for an early-career engineer who wants broad exposure to enterprise cloud operations and a clear path to growth.
Tasks:
- Handle cloud support tickets (intake, triage, resolution, escalation)
- Manage full ticket lifecycle and meet SLA targets
- Perform basic operations in AWS, Azure, GCP, and GitHub
- Troubleshoot networking, access, and platform issues
- Investigate cloud cost anomalies and support FinOps processes
- Maintain documentation (runbooks, KBs, FAQs)
- Identify improvements, automation, and recurring issues
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams
Requirements:
- English
- 1–3 years in technical support / cloud / sysadmin role
- Knowledge of at least one cloud (AWS or Azure)
- Basic networking understanding (DNS, routing, firewalls)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and troubleshoot logically
- (Nice to have) FinOps, governance, scripting, IaC, monitoring
- (Nice to have) Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
