We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our digital products. This role is part of the technology team and works directly with the Head of Technology.

This is a highly hands-on role where you will be deeply involved in day-to-day product work: from defining requirements to working closely with engineers and designers, managing the backlog, and driving execution. You will play a key role in shaping product direction while staying close to the details that make great products.

What You Will Do

• Own and drive the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Translate company and technology strategy into clear product priorities and roadmaps
• Work closely with the Head of Technology to align product direction with technical capabilities and architecture
• Define, track, and improve product KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion
• Use data, user insights, and experimentation to inform decisions
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams on a daily basis
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery
• Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation
• Drive execution and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Balance speed, scalability, and user experience in decision-making
• Contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-quality product systems
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives that directly impact growth

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience working closely with engineering teams or within tech-led organizations
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
• Ability to translate technical constraints into product decisions
• Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and data analysis
• Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
• Hands-on experience with product management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills under ambiguity
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and a strong bias for action
