Your Responsibilities as Customer Analytics Specialist
- Prepare and manage omnichannel CRM & Loyalty Campaigns,
- Execute and manage continuous optimization of inbound communication channels such as mobile push, mailing and SMS,
- Analyze and implement customer data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions,
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (IT, sales, e-commerce and marketing) regularly to align them on CRM activities and goals,
- Schedule advanced / personalized campaigns using campaign management tools and increase loyalty through CRM activities,
- Develop customer journeys and automation scenarios via inbound communication channels,
- Identify new conversion opportunities regarding customer life cycle flows and drive continuously improving customer lifetime value,
- Design and execute segment-based consumer journeys,
- Build campaign, voucher automation, canvas scenarios for CRM communications,
- Create, measure, analyze, and report performance metrics regarding automated campaign scenarios,
- Analyze the results of CRM campaign performance with relevant metrics (conversion rate, push open rate, mailing CTR, frequency, retention rate),
- Ideating new strategies at driving engagement and retention in all channels.
Expected Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM field (Experience in retail sector is a plus),
- Experience in end to end E-Mail Marketing and Campaign Management,
- Having experience on driving a customer loyalty program,
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken),
- Customer and result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability.
