Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Artist/Animator to join the Aviatrix team — someone who cares deeply about quality, knows how to bring ideas to life in 3D, and isn’t afraid to push visuals further.

We don’t chase quantity — we focus on crafting high-quality experiences. Our games are played by hundreds of thousands of players daily, and Aviatrix has received major industry recognition, including the top award — Game of the Year.

What You’ll Own And Drive

• Creating visuals and animations for slots and instant games in the iGaming industry
• Contributing to top-performing products, including the globally recognized Aviatrix and its growing metaverse
• Collaborating with a strong, experienced team of designers, developers, and artists
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and professional presentation of your work.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering (Cinema 4D)
• Effective use of AI in workflow
• Ability to create engaging animations
• Experience with Spine is a plus (but if not — we’ll teach you)
• Experience in iGaming is a plus, but not required

How We Hire

• Application (15-30 minutes). Fill out the form and upload your CV. Our Recruitment team will get familiar with your experience and skills and provide feedback on our decision regarding your application
• Preliminary Call (30-60 minutes). Preliminary call serves as the first opportunity for us to learn more about your background, career goals, and to answer any questions you might have about the role or company
• Hard Skills Interview (60-90 minutes). This is an advanced interview focused on technical role-specific skills. Here is your chance to shine and demonstrate your proficiency in your chosen profession
• Test task (1-3 business days). This stage is designed to evaluate your practical skills and approach through a hands-on assignment
• Soft-skill Interview (45-60 minutes). The last stage discussion centers around your fit with the company culture, your career ambitions and alignment with our team’s goals.
• Offer Presentation (30-45 minutes). Once we've confirmed you're the right fit for the role, we'll prepare a job offer and present it to you. This includes all the details about your role, compensation, and the next steps to join our team
  
  

The decision-making time between stages at Aviatrix typically spans 3 to 5 business days. However, some interviews or time intervals between interviews for decision-making may take more or less time than indicated, depending on the position, the candidate's specific experience, or other unforeseen circumstances.
