Role Overview

We’re looking for an On-Chain Capital Strategist who treats capital deployment like a competitive sport.

You will design and execute advanced on-chain strategies, hunt for the best risk-adjusted yields, manage large liquidity and lending positions, and constantly look for alpha in the ever-changing DeFi and RWA landscape.

This role is for someone who actually enjoys being in the market, not just watching it.

What You’ll Own

Developing and running sophisticated capital allocation strategies across DeFi and RWA

Managing significant liquidity and lending positions with real P&L responsibility

Cross-chain execution, yield farming optimization and risk hedging

Deep analysis of protocols, new opportunities and capital efficiency plays

Working closely with the team to bring new on-chain mechanics to life

Staying ahead of market shifts and protocol changes

Compensation

$210,000 – $290,000 USD base + performance bonus + equity

Strong performers with proven results can expect $380k – $450+ total compensation
