We have an urgent requirement for Technical Lead Java Spring Boot ,Microservices architecture with Kafka MQ with strong experience in banking is required for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE Lead a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining SpringBoot ,microservices archietecture for banking applications, using RESTful services and Kafka MQ for messaging.--MustSTRONG BANKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED The first round is online test on Gorilla for 1.5 hours. Candidates ready to give rest, shall only apply .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Java developers in delivering high-quality microservices-based solutions- Design and develop SpringBoot microservices for banking applications, focusing on scalability and resilience- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems- Use Kafka MQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture- Manage team priorities, tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD)- Mentor team members for technical growth and skill enhancement

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Java development, with focus on SpringBoot and microservices- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Kafka MQ for messaging- Experience leading a team of developers and managing priorities- Banking domain experience preferred- Strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker)- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)- Agile development experience Skills: java,kafka,microservices
