Position: DevOps Engineer

Overview:

I'm exclusively partnering with an energy technology company in Oslo to find two DevOps Engineers. My client's platform runs on Azure Kubernetes Service, and environment configuration has been the primary cause of delivery delays — these two hires are a direct, high-priority fix for that. You'll own infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience for a complex, cloud-native platform.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Linux background — non-negotiable
• Azure cloud infrastructure experience — AKS, networking, storage, IAM
• Kubernetes administration and operations in production
• Terraform for infrastructure-as-code
• CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• Proficient with AI-assisted coding tools
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Nice to have: Nix / NixOS (significant bonus — the platform uses Nix for deployment configuration), Kafka operations, Gerrit, developer experience tooling
