DevOps Engineer – Elite HFT Firm – Dubai | Up to $200,000 Tax-Free + Bonus

I'm working with an elite HFT firm in Dubai hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their infrastructure team. They have traditionally operated in European markets, but are now expanding into the UAE.

They need a strong cloud and infrastructure engineer to own their Azure environment end-to-end.

What you'll be working on:

• Owning and evolving cloud infrastructure supporting live trading systems
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across complex, high-performance environments
• Managing Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration at scale
• Driving IaC adoption - Terraform or equivalent
• Automating operational workflows and internal tooling to support trading and engineering teams

What they're looking for:

• Production-grade Azure expertise - you've designed and owned these environments
• Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
• IaC proficiency - Terraform or equivalent
• Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation and tooling
• Trading or financial services experience a strong plus
