AI Developer (LLMs, Python, LangChain, LangGraph)

Position: Generative AI / Python Engineer

Overview:

I'm working with an energy technology company in Oslo to find a Generative AI Engineer. My client is embedding AI workflows directly into their platform, and this role owns that end-to-end — from prototyping through to production. If you've shipped real GenAI features (not just experimented), this is a rare opportunity to do meaningful applied AI work in a complex, domain-rich environment.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python
• Hands-on experience building generative AI features in production — not just experimentation
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools
• Solid understanding of RAG patterns, prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector stores
• Experience integrating LLMs with structured data and domain-specific knowledge bases
• Proficient with AI-assisted coding tools
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Nice to have: Experience with Claude / Anthropic APIs, MLOps experience, enterprise/B2B AI product experience
