Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Hays is working with a leading organisation building enterprise‑scale AI platforms used at pace and at scale.

We’re looking for a senior machine learning engineer to own the MLOps & LLMOps backbone — from CI/CD and cloud infrastructure to production deployments and operational reliability.

Why this role?

• Own end‑to‑end MLOps / LLMOps for high‑impact AI products
• Define the “golden path” for deploying and operating AI safely in production
• Work with cutting‑edge AI stacks across Azure, Kubernetes, and GPU workloads
• Act as the technical authority for production‑ready AI

What we're looking for:

• 8–10 years in DevOps / SRE / ML Engineering
• Strong Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC experience
• Python and modern MLOps know‑how
• Microsoft DevOps certification (required)
