We are looking for a Head of AI to play a critical role in an end‑to‑end digital and AI transformation and scaling AI at enterprise level for a well-known organization in Abu Dhabi.

Expectations:

• 13 years+ experience
• Digital & AI Strategy and transformation ownership
• Control architecture, security, data, and governance
• Business stakeholder leadership
• Own the AI target operating model
• AI & vendor partnership management

Background requirements

• Applications and software development
• AI influential
• Lead, manage, grow

Team

• Report into CTO
• You will adopt a team of 4 managers as direct reports (+ grow this team)

Package:

Salary, visa & medical for family, schooling allowance x 3, flight allowance and relocation assistance for those abroad.
