Job Title: .Net Full Stack Developer

Location: Montreal, QC (3x onsite a week)

Pay Rate: CAD$50 - $55/HR INC

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and supporting web applications, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for the complete software development process, from conception to deployment, and will play a key role in building and maintaining our API and microservices architecture. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a large, fast-paced team environment and is proficient in Scaled Agile development methodologies.

Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and ASP.NET.

Architecture

Develop and support robust, scalable APIs and microservices using C# on the Microsoft .NET platform.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

AI Integration

Research, design, and implement Agentic AI solutions to enhance and automate various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Agile Practices

Participate actively in all phases of the Scaled Agile software development process, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.

Quality Assurance

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

Performance & Stress Management

Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and other technical issues. Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with back-end development using ASP.NET, C#, and the .NET platform.
• Solid understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server.
