Market Solution Manager, Performance Plan - Baltics

DeLaval is now looking for a Market Solution Manager in Baltics – to support our aftermarket business which goes under the name Performance Plan.

This demanding and motivating position is an opportunity for all candidates wishing to reconcile their passion for cows and sales. In this position you will join an agile and competent team serving its network of dairy farmers.

Purpose Of Role And Key Responsibilities

As Market solution manager you will have the product ownership of the DeLaval aftermarket assortment in the whole Baltics. You will prepare and execute the launch-packages for new products and scan the different markets regarding trends and competition. You will perform market analysis and marketing activities. You will perform trainings and training material. You will provide content to marketing material and/or activities within respective product area. You will be monitoring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Experience

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

• Academic degree in Agriculture Business, Animal Science or Agricultural engineering or equivalent
• Strong marketing experience; 2+ years’ experience in marketing and or sales. Beneficial if it is within the agriculture industry
• Effective time, priority management skills and communication skills
• Self-motivated/starter, who takes ownership of the business
• English and Latvian / Lithuanian languages on business level
• Willingness to travel both domestic and international
• Location in Latvia or Lithuania
• Have good computer skills
