What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to time-boxed ceremonies
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to stakeholders
• Foster collaboration and self-organization within the team while removing impediments
• Support the Product Owner in refining the product backlog to maximize value
• Update agile tracking systems to ensure transparency on product and sprint backlogs
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership
• Proven experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience with AI technologies is a plus
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations)
