Accountabilities

• Define and lead the global tokenization strategy, aligning product innovation with market opportunities and business objectives.
• Drive the development and scaling of tokenization solutions across multiple use cases, including payments, trading, and asset digitization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver robust and compliant solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem players to expand adoption.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure tokenization initiatives meet global compliance requirements.
• Identify new market opportunities and translate them into scalable product offerings and revenue streams.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, with a strong focus on tokenization or blockchain-based solutions.
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role, driving strategy and execution at scale.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and financial infrastructure systems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks related to digital assets and financial services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
