📍 Doha, Qatar

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Solution & Application Architect to design and govern modern, scalable application ecosystems across complex, multi-vendor environments. If you’re passionate about cloud-native architecture, secure design, and building high-performing digital solutions—this role is for you.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a key architectural leader, you will shape application strategies and ensure alignment with platform standards and best practices:

• Define target-state architectures for web, mobile, and backend services
• Establish modern application patterns (microservices, modular monoliths, event-driven, API-first)
• Specify and enforce non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, resiliency, observability)
• Design secure identity and authorization models (OIDC, RBAC, token-based access)
• Standardize API and event design (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, versioning, rate limiting)
• Drive secure-by-design principles aligned with OWASP and enterprise standards
• Define data access, caching strategies, and multi-tenant architecture boundaries
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure delivery alignment across vendors
• Define deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags) with CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure operational readiness with observability, SLOs, and incident preparedness

🧠 What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in solution or application architecture
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native application design
• Deep understanding of API design and event-driven architectures
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern development frameworks
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
