Junior Accountant

About the Role

Arkan Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team. You will handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting using Tally ERP. This role is ideal for someone accurate, organized, and ready to join immediately in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily, large volume, transactions and maintain accurate financial records in Excel and Tally ERP.

Monitor invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions.

Reconcile bank statements and cash reports.

Assist the Senior Accountant with month-end closings.

Prepare basic financial reports and support the team in facing external audits.

Ensure compliance with Qatar accounting and tax standards.

Keep accounting records organized and up to date.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Tally ERP.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Adhere to confidentiality.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be living in Qatar and available to start immediately.
