UX / Operator Journey Designer Lead

🎨 We’re Hiring: UX / Operator Journey Designer Lead

📍 Doha, Qatar

We’re seeking a UX / Operator Journey Designer Lead to define and shape the end-to-end experience across a large-scale digital platform. This role focuses on creating seamless, intuitive, and consistent journeys for operators, developers, and administrators across complex, multi-vendor systems.

🔍 What You’ll Do

You will lead the design of user journeys that simplify complexity and drive adoption across platform services:

• Own end-to-end operator, admin, and developer journeys across platform services
• Create journey maps, personas, and service blueprints for key workflows
• Define UX standards and contribute to a unified design system across vendors
• Design information architecture for service catalogs, onboarding, and self-service portals
• Shape UX for operational workflows (incident management, SLO dashboards, approvals, runbooks)
• Design intuitive Cognitive AI experiences (chat interfaces, RAG UX, tool discovery, feedback loops)
• Conduct usability testing and translate insights into UX improvements
• Define UX acceptance criteria and ensure consistency and accessibility across deliveries
• Collaborate with analytics teams to measure and optimize user journeys
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, UX specs, and multilingual content guidelines

🧠 What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in UX or service design for enterprise platforms
• Strong experience designing complex workflows (operations consoles, developer portals, dashboards)
• Proven ability to create and scale design systems across multiple teams or vendors
• Strong understanding of usability testing and data-driven UX optimization
• Experience working with engineering and architecture teams in agile environments
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and multilingual UX (Arabic/English preferred)
