Job Summary:

Experienced and strategic Program Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a portfolio of technology programs across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, cross-functional leadership, and aligning multiple interdependent projects to strategic business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with IT and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the program charter, roadmap, and governance framework across multiple interdependent projects.
• Align program objectives with organizational strategy and ensure all projects within the program contribute to agreed business outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Project Managers, providing direction, oversight, and support across all program workstreams.
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating to senior leadership as appropriate.
• Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors across the program lifecycle.
• Oversee program budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across all workstreams.
• Establish and enforce program management standards, processes, and best practices across project teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive change management activities to support adoption of program outcomes across impacted business units.
• Report program health, milestones, risks, and strategic outcomes to executive management and steering committees.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in business management or computer science.

Experience:

• Not less than 5 relevant years of experience.
