Senior Product/UX designer for Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe

Job Description

Are you interested in delivering great customer experiences by leveraging data and technology? Do you always put customers first and empower your colleagues to perform at their best? If yes, then we have an interesting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a driven Product / UX designer profile to join our design team to define and evolve our digital solutions across our portfolio of existing and new products for our personal customers and personal advisers in collaboration with business, users, and the development team.

You will be working within both a team of designers and a product team, focusing on the UX and conceptualisation, integrating the new solutions into our products, internal or customer facing. The expectation is to base your designs on existing user data or gather new needed data.

As this is an area of central importance to our recently launched strategy, we expect the team to grow significantly over the coming years while ensuring we build a good culture aligned to our values – You and your future squad have an important part in forming this.

You will work with +100 highly motivated and skilled colleagues, and together with stakeholders, be shaping the customer engagement of tomorrow. The tribe is new and compose of 12 squads working across 5 locations (Copenhagen, Aarhus, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore).

You will:

• Contribute to the product vision by approaching the problem holistically when creating new functionality and solutions
• Gather, utilise, and integrate user data into your proposed solution
• Prepare and conduct usability tests for your proposed solutions and iterate based on findings
• Create prototypes following an established design system
• Improve existing solutions and integrate new solutions into existing systems, respecting foundational guidelines and principles
• Present your ideas in a simple and effective way to get a buy-in from stakeholders
  
  

About you:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Product or UX designer on large systems and on various platforms
• Knowledge of UX methodologies, and experience with applying them in different contexts
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
• Ability to translate research findings into a design strategy
• Solid communication skills to present insights and concepts in a simple way to obtain stakeholder buy-in
• Values and actively works towards unified solutions that assist and delight the customer
• Experience with third party vendor integration would be beneficial
• Experience from agencies or larger development organisations would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite
• Advanced English language skills
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
