All powered by our proprietary "Just-in-Time Talent" methodology. Our clients include Circle, Chainlink, Raft, Picus, Goodtime and 150+ others across tech, AI & Web3. Now we're looking for an AI Engineer based in Eastern Europe to help build what comes next.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on engineer who loves building stuff and gets excited to move fast and experiment relentlessly. You'll ship bespoke AI/ML solutions that fundamentally change how companies assess and engage with candidates. A major focus will be vectorising our candidate database and building a semantic matching engine that understands context, intent, and fit - not just keywords. You'll also work across the full AI stack - from candidate summarisation and scoring to intelligent outreach and autonomous AI recruiters.

What You'll Be Building

• Vectorise our existing candidate database, enabling semantic search across our entire talent pool
• Obsess over improving the accuracy of our matching engine using our vectorised database and AI semantic search
• Custom AI/ML products e.g. our interview evaluation engine, candidate fluency scoring, and contextual profiling
• Agentic AI tools e.g. developing our email-native AI recruiter that spars with candidates and preps them for interviews
• End-to-end hiring workflows, built around modern UX and fast, high-signal decisions
• World-class product experiences that candidates and employers cannot get enough of
• Core infrastructure, ensuring scale, stability, and adaptability across hiring flows

What We're Looking For

• A strong hands-on engineer who builds fast and takes ownership of what they ship
• Strong technical depth in AI, machine learning, or applied NLP/LLM systems
• Experience building in AWS, Node.js/Nest.js & Postgres
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and frontend architecture
• Ideally: experience in HR tech or recruitment platforms
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup while staying tightly aligned with the wider team

Location

• Remote, Eastern Europe. You'll collaborate closely with our London team across shared working hours.
