Recorded Communications Business Analyst in Compliance Area

You will have an important role in the team and contribute significantly and by your own efforts, you will make sure our Bank and employees work well and do things right. You will report to the Head of Markets and Transaction Banking Compliance and handle matters regarding the Group's recorded communication data.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

Please note that in addition, you will get a language bonus, which depends on your language knowledge level and job requirements (this will be applicable only for Scandinavian languages).

You will:

• Analyze and identify critical data elements
• Conduct the controlling of the recorded communications and follow up on the results of the controlling
• Work with Business Procedures, Navigation sheets and other guidelines and documentations
• Develop expert knowledge of regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Collaborate with IT Support, HR, Compliance, Front Office, and other business organisations
  
  

About you:

• Excellent Excel user and experience in building macros, working with large data sets, graphing, etc.
• Advanced data skills with SQL, Power BI or similar
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with large data sets
• Confidence to challenge, critical thinking
• Previous experience in analysing, translating, and implementing business requirements into technical specifications for developers
• Experience in data collection and analysis, data quality assurance, and data modelling
• You thrive with independent tasks, can prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously, and still find it equally important to collaborate and succeed as a team
• Upper-Intermediate skills in English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, it would be a beneficial asset to be able to speak and write a Scandinavian language

We offer:

This position can be located both in Lithuania, Poland and Denmark. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
