As our new Project Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role taking responsibility for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. You will coordinate and monitor project activities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet the client's expectations. As a customer first company, you will play a vital role in ensuring service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Other responsibilities:

• Manage all projects for Crayon Lithuania with budgets exceeding $10,000
• Be responsible for the project lifecycle, starting from organizing and conducting kick-off meetings, creating project plans with customers, weekly status meetings, and project closure
• Apply agile methodologies and ensure collaboration and task delivery with consultants
• Seamlessly follow up on client requests and ensure collaboration and documentation across stakeholder groups

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, with documented success in complex project delivery
• Expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum; experience with Waterfall would also be appreciated
• Experience working with virtual teams
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) will be desirable; should you not have this, we will support your upskilling and exam within first 90 days
• Experience with leading Coud platforms such as AWS, Azure/M365, or Google Cloud

• You utilize your time management skills to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks efficiently
