Your Responsibilities

  • Guide and coach the Teams on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
  • Collaborate with development Teams, Leadership, and Product Owners to deliver quality software products on time and within budget
  • Facilitate Agile processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint demos and retrospectives
  • Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
  • Shield the Teams from external interruptions in collaboration with the Architect and Product Manager
  • Provide regular reports on project status, sprint burndown measurement and progress towards sprint goals
  • Hold key contributors accountable through accurate tracking, measurement of open tasks and required project activities
  • Ensure transparency and visibility around the product’s road map progress
  • Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of scalable scrum frameworks is considered a plus (e.g. SAFE)


Your Profile

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • +3 years working experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position
  • Experience with project/issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
  • Ability to drive software deliverables from concept to delivery
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • PMP/Prince2 and/or CSM certification is a plus
  • Fluency in English, German and French is considered as an asset
