Technical Artist at BairesDev

As a Technical Artist, you will serve as the vital link between artistic vision and technical implementation. You will empower creative teams by building efficient pipelines, developing custom tools, and ensuring that high-quality visuals are optimized for real-time performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize complex shaders and materials to enhance visual fidelity while maintaining performance.
• Create and maintain custom tools and scripts in Blender to automate repetitive artist tasks and streamline workflows.
• Design and implement procedural content generation systems using Houdini to scale production and environment building.
• Manage and optimize the art-to-engine pipeline to ensure seamless asset integration and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to establish technical benchmarks and resolve production bottlenecks.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Art or Game Development.
• Proven expertise in writing shaders and building custom art tools to optimize asset pipelines.
• Proficiency in procedural content generation and asset creation using Houdini or Blender.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between art and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
