Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to oversee enterprise and telecom IP network initiatives in Sydney. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong leadership and hands-on networking expertise who thrives in complex, high-availability environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead network design and implementation projects
• Manage routing, switching, and security infrastructure
• Drive firewall and network security improvements
• Coordinate upgrades, maintenance, and patching schedules
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and optimise performance
• Manage IP addressing and network standards
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery success

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience in telecom or enterprise networking
• Expertise in OSPF, BGP, routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience with Fortinet, F5, or Check Point
• Knowledge of ACI and EVPN-VXLAN preferred
• Project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience
• Cisco certifications highly regarded
