About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the delivery of technology projects within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience coordinating IT service management initiatives, particularly platform upgrades and operational improvement programs involving Helix solutions. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and service management projects across the organisation
  • Coordinate upgrade activities relating to ITSM platforms, including Helix environments
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Prepare project status reports, steering updates, and governance documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with change management, release planning, testing coordination, and production cutover activities
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, timeline, and budget expectations
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and action tracking across multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, plans, and implementation records
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and operational processes


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in IT or telecommunications environments
  • Exposure to ITSM platforms and service management processes
  • Experience supporting Helix upgrades, migrations, enhancements, or related projects
  • Strong understanding of incident, change, problem, and request management processes
  • Experience working in structured project delivery environments using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment
  • Exposure to service desk, infrastructure, or enterprise application projects
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or ITIL
