NodeJs Lead Developer

We are seeking a Lead NodeJs Developer to join our team in LATAM. This position is open for candidates located in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Mexico

We are looking for a Backend-focused Lead to design and scale high-performance Node.js architectures. You will lead technical decisions, ensuring the delivery of robust microservices and event-driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and building of large, multi-tenant web applications.
• Enforce security best practices (OAuth, JWT) and high-quality debugging.
• Mentor the team and ensure technical excellence in production.

Qualifications

• Node.js (Advanced JavaScript & TypeScript).
• Microservices, Event-Driven Design, and Message Brokers (Kafka, SQS/SNS).
• Expert in RESTful services and GraphQL design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Front-end: Familiarity with React is a plus.
