Brand Designer

What is the role about?

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Visual Designer to supercharge our Brand Design team and amplify our visual impact. In this role, you’ll bring a collaborative spirit and creative energy to produce standout design assets across channels, while elevating the use of motion to bring our brand to life. Join us in shaping a bold and dynamic visual identity that resonates across every touchpoint!

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful visuals that enhance our brand vision, resonate with our audience and reinforce Bitvavo’s leadership in the crypto space.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, delivering creative solutions that go beyond the brief.
• Plan and manage project timelines effectively, adapting to challenges as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with other designers and the rest of the brand and communication team (brand activation-, content- social media marketeers) on everyday content, and campaigns.
• Support the Head of Brand Design in the development of the visual identity and website redesign.
• Incorporate and elevate the use of motion within the brand and comms.
  
  

Skills

• A strong eye for detail with a proven ability to produce exceptional, brand-aligned designs.
• Solid motion design skills, bringing visuals to life in dynamic and engaging ways.
• A conceptual thinker who connects visuals to ideas and tells compelling stories through design, with a focus on achieving the company goals.
• Typographic excellence.
• Proactive and collaborative, with strong communication skills to engage with team members across various functions.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Proficient (English) communication skills.
• A strong portfolio with at least 4 years worth of high-level experience with strong creative and technical design skills.
• A master of Figma and strong Adobe Suite skills, including After Effects.
• Crypto knowledge is highly desirable
