How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Among key responsibilities, you will

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of our IS/IT assets and network, and ensure cybersecurity best practices, by creating/ updating a server room, assisting with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment; create a back-up system; set-up a secured system for network monitoring.
  • Manage our IS/IT inventory, configure updates to laptops/ workstations.
  • Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
  • Participate in the development of ultra-secured server rooms.

Some SW development and business transformation contributions can be useful, according to candidate skills.

  • Laptop/workstation configuration
  • Setup, configuration and delivery (tracking) of laptops and workstations to users in offices and labs
  • Support provided to final user to complete registration and installation of applications needed
  • Network setup, configuration, upgrade in lab network
  • Inventory of IT material: definition and documentation of data model and related process and data migration
  • Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
  • User support: update wiki and provide direct user support
  • SW development and business transformation contributions can be useful, according to candidate skills.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Masters in IS/IT or network
  • Interest in AI
  • Basics of network administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Basics in Operating systems: Windows, Linux
  • Tools: VMware, GIT, Nmap, Wireshark
  • Good knowledge of Database: MySQL, MS SQL , VB, C#, PHP, JavaScript
  • Experience in Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Teams, Word,Sharepoint …)
  • Good level in English and French: As an integrated member of an international team, you will need strong collaboration and communication skills (English mandatory)

  • Curious, inquisitive, responsible, pro-active
  • Fast-learner, able to adapt to a rapidly-changing environment
  • Capability of solving challenging problems independently
