How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Among key responsibilities, you will
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our IS/IT assets and network, and ensure cybersecurity best practices, by creating/ updating a server room, assisting with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment; create a back-up system; set-up a secured system for network monitoring.
- Manage our IS/IT inventory, configure updates to laptops/ workstations.
- Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
- Participate in the development of ultra-secured server rooms.
- Laptop/workstation configuration
- Setup, configuration and delivery (tracking) of laptops and workstations to users in offices and labs
- Support provided to final user to complete registration and installation of applications needed
- Network setup, configuration, upgrade in lab network
- Inventory of IT material: definition and documentation of data model and related process and data migration
- Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
- User support: update wiki and provide direct user support
- SW development and business transformation contributions can be useful, according to candidate skills.
- Masters in IS/IT or network
- Interest in AI
- Basics of network administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Basics in Operating systems: Windows, Linux
- Tools: VMware, GIT, Nmap, Wireshark
- Good knowledge of Database: MySQL, MS SQL , VB, C#, PHP, JavaScript
- Experience in Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Teams, Word,Sharepoint …)
- Good level in English and French: As an integrated member of an international team, you will need strong collaboration and communication skills (English mandatory)
- Autonomous, able to work alone with minimal supervision
- Curious, inquisitive, responsible, pro-active
- Fast-learner, able to adapt to a rapidly-changing environment
- Capability of solving challenging problems independently
