Insight Consultant (Quantitative)

Description

As an Insight Consultant, you are determined to activate change for great brands through a passion for data and consumer insights.

You are project driven and can manage your time and workload independently, but equally you love to collaborate in teams to reach the best result.

Initially, your focus is on data analysis and reporting, but you are eager to learn and develop expertise in quantitative research methods across full projects.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects, either supporting or being supported by more senior colleagues.


• Have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project.


• Collaborate well with and act as a liaison for PST.

Activity Design

• Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
  
  

Fieldwork

• You grow your moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions (both synchronous and asynchronous).


• Brief external moderators


• Review the status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally

Analysis and Reporting (primary focus in this role)

• You can analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects (except for very complex projects)


• Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.


• Interpret an analysis plan and use it as a base to collaborate with others (e.g. PST, external moderator, etc.) when relevant.


• Listen with an open mind to colleague's feedback on your work.

Presenting

• Gain experience by presenting internally (e.g. team meetings)


• Participate in client presentations and can answer questions that relate to your analyses.

Account Management

• You gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications.
  
  

Commercial Management

• You follow our marketing content for own interest and to develop your knowledge about our offering.


• Building your social professional profile and becoming an active networker.


• You can pitch your role naturally and what impact it has on your clients, to a friend/family member.


• You are aware of the commercial objectives and targets of your team.


• Understand the budget build-up of projects where you have an active role.
