🚀 Microsoft Cloud & Systems Architect – Azure & O365

As a Microsoft Cloud & Systems Architect, you will play a key role in defining, building, and governing enterprise‑grade cloud solutions, partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders across a global organization.

🔧 What You Will Do

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures aligned with the Azure Well‑Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks
  • Define architecture blueprints, reference models, and design patterns
  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, Azure DevOps)
  • Design high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
  • Integrate security-by-design principles: identity, access control, data protection, and compliance
  • Ensure governance, monitoring, cost optimization, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with developers, operations, security, and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new Azure and O365 services
  • Produce clear documentation and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle

🧠 What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and O365, including hybrid environments
  • Solid knowledge of networking, security architecture, and regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with automation (PowerShell, Python), monitoring, and BCP/DRP
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to non‑technical audiences
  • High autonomy, strong analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit


🎓 Certifications (Highly Valued)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
  • AWS or GCP architecture certifications (a plus)


🌍 Additional Information

  • International context with occasional travel
  • Exposure to highly available, security‑critical environments
  • Experience in aviation or airline industry is a strong advantage
