Work Schedule: On site, Mon–Fri - 09:00–18:00

Language Requirement: English C1

Role Overview:

We are recruiting a Project Manager for one of our clients in Lisbon, to design and implement financial interfaces, drive remediation plans, and secure on-time, on-budget delivery while protecting accounting integrity and reporting quality.

Your day to day:

• Lead functional design and implementation of accounting interfaces between business systems and finance systems.
• Define operational/accounting schemes, accounting rules, and impacts on the chart of accounts at statutory and consolidated levels.
• Produce clear functional specifications for IT and engineering teams; ensure alignment with control frameworks.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Provide support for accounting interfaces

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, especially in finance implementation
• Strong knowledge of general accounting; banking accounting or capital markets product knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Languages: English – Expert; Portuguese – Working knowledge.
• Soft skills: results-driven, rigorous attention to detail, adaptable, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
