Your Impact

Cisco WebEx helps people and businesses across the entire world to connect and collaborate. As a member of the WebEx media team, your work will ensure that every person using our products receives a truly immersive experience, regardless of their device or location.

On a Day-to-day Basis, This Role Involves

• Bringing to life new software functionality based on product requirements.
• Performing peer code reviews and automating all development chores.
• Participating in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, release, and retrospective meetings.
• Broadening your technical and soft skills with the help of our comprehensive training programs.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in Software Engineering or another relevant natural sciences field or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in the TypeScript programming language.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI responsibly to accelerate development.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Audio or video encoding/decoding technologies.
• Working experience with browser-based media streaming and relevant protocols.
• Experience with reviewing AI-generated code
• Experience steering AI effectively via context and prompt design
• Collaborative and eager to learn .
