Java Software Engineer

Java Developer – Poland (Hybrid)

Locations: Warsaw, Wrocław or Krakow

Work type: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract: Employment contract only

Note: Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in Poland.

Role Overview:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java/Spring Boot. Work with cross-functional teams, build REST APIs, ensure performance and security, and participate in reviews, testing, and CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing
• Collaborate in an agile environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years programming experience
• Strong Java/Spring Boot, React, REST APIs
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Git + CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
• Degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
