Head of Data and Intelligence

We are partnering with a leading regional organization to appoint a Head of Data & Intelligence—a critical leadership role driving enterprise-wide data strategy, analytics maturity, and business intelligence across multiple markets.

This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data informs decision-making at the executive level, enabling commercial growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

The Role

As Head of Data & Intelligence, you will define and lead the organization’s data vision, governance, and analytics capabilities across the region. You will build and scale a high-performing team while embedding a data-driven culture across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-driven decision making
• Lead, mentor, and scale a regional data, BI, and analytics team

Data & Analytics

• Oversee data architecture, warehousing, and governance frameworks
• Drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiatives
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial and operational teams

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Establish best-in-class dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Standardize KPIs and performance tracking across markets
• Improve data accessibility and self-service analytics capabilities

Transformation & Innovation

• Lead data transformation initiatives and modernize data infrastructure
• Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams
• Strong background in data strategy, governance, and architecture
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms
• Exposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics is highly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Experience in regional or multi-market environments is a plus
