About StackAdapt
StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. We empower digitally focused companies to deliver exceptional outcomes and campaign performance every day.
Founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, StackAdapt is a hub of technical innovation, creativity, and experimentation. Our R&D teams build scalable distributed systems, machine learning models, and high-performance infrastructure that power billions of ad transactions in real time.
The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, R&D to help scale the technical engine behind StackAdapt. In this role, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll shape teams that build and evolve the core infrastructure of our platform. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Product leaders to understand architectural challenges, scaling plans, and long-term roadmap priorities. You’ll act as a strategic advisor on hiring strategy and talent market dynamics while delivering exceptional technical hires in one of the most competitive talent markets.
This is a high-impact role for a technically curious recruiter who thrives in complexity, builds trust with engineering leaders, and wants to influence how great technical teams are built.
What You’ll Be Doing
This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Factors Influencing Final Compensation:
$76,000 - $90,000 CAD
StackAdapter's Enjoy:
