HR Operations Expert [$55-$80/hr]

HR Ops Expert to build long-horizon people-ops tasks that mirror the work they already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open-ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.

Expect To Build Scenarios Across

  • Employee inquiries: policy questions with a documented correct answer, benefits questions against plan docs
  • Lifecycle events: onboarding and offboarding with required checklist completion, leave decisions with ground-truth FMLA/ADA determinations
  • HRIS work: data updates with defined before/after states, benefits enrollment with rule-based eligibility outcomes

These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.

Good Candidature

  • 3+ years in HR operations or people operations
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: an HRIS (Workday, Rippling, BambooHR, Gusto, Justworks), leave administration (FMLA, ADA), benefits administration, FLSA classification
  • Comfortable reading and producing HR artifacts: policy responses, offer letters, change forms, leave decisions
  • Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
  • SHRM-CP / PHR a plus
  • Located in the United States
