About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare roles and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fitment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups for closures

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare hiring preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics
• High level of ownership and accountability

• This role is open only for candidates currently based in Mumbai
