Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps / Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS, enabling high availability, automation, and operational excellence across our platform. This role is critical to ensuring reliable deployments, strong observability, and secure environments while supporting fast-paced delivery in a cloud-native ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments

Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Grafana)

Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems

Apply security best practices including data encryption and compliance standards (SOC 2)

Collaborate with development teams to improve automation, deployment processes, and system reliability

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across distributed systems

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and/or Serverless Framework

Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)

Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch)

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or JavaScript

Strong understanding of cloud security principles and data protection practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployments

Familiarity with telecom or high-availability environments

Experience working in DevOps or Cloud engineering teams at scale

Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures

Soft Skills:

Proactive and self-driven with a continuous improvement approach

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Must Have Skill:
