Scrum Master

Tasks

• Coach one or more teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinements)
• Remove impediments, fostering a collaborative, transparent environment focused on continuous improvement
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to maximize the value delivered by the team and promote the agile mindset (coaching, workshops, facilitation, evangelization)
• Measure and monitor key indicators (velocity, flow, quality, satisfaction) and share feedback and learnings within the internal community to support team progress and collective growth

Qualifications

• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Business Information or other relevant field of studies
• Solid understanding of Scrum and agility fundamentals
• Experience working with at least one product, IT or business team
• Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with very good spoken and written English
