We are hiring a Graduate Frontend Developer to help manage and improve the digital interfaces where our consultants conduct research and draft their records.

In This Role

• Build and maintain the internal digital workspace used by our advisors to gather and synthesize research.
• Ensure that our reports and digital documents are optimized for technical stability and readability across various systems.
• Assist in the creation of clean, accurate data visualizations that support our written counsel.
• Conduct regular reviews of our frontend codebase to improve performance and remove unnecessary complexity.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for all internal technical processes and protocols.
• Work closely with senior advisors to translate project needs into functional digital tools.

• A foundational understanding of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• The ability to write in a clear, concise, and professional manner, as we value written clarity above all else.
• A disciplined approach to work that favors deep focus and careful execution over speed.
• Meticulous attention to detail in both writing code and drafting technical explanations.
• A preference for building reliable, simple systems rather than overly complex or decorative interfaces.
