AI Technical Project Manager at BairesDev

As an AI Technical Project Manager, you will lead automation initiatives using AI to streamline workflows and operational processes. You will connect high-level strategic goals with technical execution, prototyping and scaling solutions for planning, reporting, and content generation.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design and deployment of AI-driven automation to optimize enterprise workflows and operational efficiency.

- Prototype and scale innovative solutions for automated planning, reporting, and content generation.

- Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring technical initiatives align with business objectives and delivery milestones.

- Operationalize AI solutions into repeatable, scalable systems while managing cross-functional dependencies and risks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and drive the technical direction of AI transformation projects.

- Integrate AI tools and workflow orchestration platforms with existing systems like JIRA to enhance data and document integration.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management with a focus on AI automation and workflow orchestration.

- Proven expertise in leading initiatives to streamline operational processes using AI tools and JIRA.

- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to prototype and scale AI solutions into repeatable systems.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate data and documentation workflows for organizational planning and reporting.

- Experience managing complex technical programs and operationalizing AI for content generation at scale.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
