Chief Technology Officer

We work with fast-growing Belgian SaaS scale-ups, and right now, we have multiple clients looking for a CTO. Not a VP of Engineering, not a Head of Tech - a real CTO. Someone who owns the technology vision, leads the team, and is a true business partner to the CEO.

We're building our network of experienced CTOs who are open to a next chapter, and we'd love to get to know you - even if the timing isn't perfect yet.

Who you are

You've led engineering organizations through real growth - not just headcount growth, but the kind that forces you to rethink architecture, processes, and culture at the same time. You're as comfortable in a strategic conversation with the board as you are reviewing a technical design with your team. You don't need a fully defined role to thrive - you're the type who shapes it.

What our clients are building

The companies we work with are Belgian software scale-ups - typically between 50 and 200 people - building their own SaaS products in sectors like HRtech, CX tech, fintech, and logistics. They've found product-market fit and are in a phase where the technology organization needs to professionalize, scale, and become a competitive differentiator.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Have proven C-level experience
• Can translate between business ambition and technical reality, in both directions
• Have scaled SaaS platforms and the engineering teams behind them
• Are hands-on enough to earn the respect of your engineers, without becoming a bottleneck
• Lead distributed or nearshore teams without losing speed or culture
• Are fluent in Dutch - our clients operate in Flanders
• Are genuinely curious about AI and actively think about how it changes the way software gets built
