We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a fast-paced international team working on complex operational platforms within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is not a traditional “creative marketing” design role. The focus is on improving highly data driven applications, workflow systems, and internal operational tools used in critical day to day business operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and improving complex enterprise applications
• Creating intuitive user experiences for data heavy platforms
• Working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Improving workflows, usability, and operational efficiency
• Contributing to and evolving design systems and UI components
• Translating complex business processes into clear, user-friendly interfaces

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer
• Experience working on enterprise, B2B, or operational platforms
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and data visualisation
• Comfortable working with complex forms, dashboards, and workflow systems
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Figma experience
• Experience with design systems is a plus
